Amanda Jacobs is a former teacher and college professor turned salt harvester.  A backyard experiment 4 years ago led to the creation of Sea Love Sea Salt Co.  Sea Love Sea Salt is hand-harvested and solar evaporated from the ocean waters of Wrightsville Beach, NC.  Sea Love carries culinary finishing salt.  Her products are used by some of the best chefs in NC, NY and PA and is on the shelves of many stores including a few select Whole Foods. Amanda now uses her education degree with her customers, helping many to understand the difference between the many types of salt on the market today, along with how to use a culinary finishing salt.

We are carrying this Local, Sustainable and fully Traceable salt and believe it is the best available.  Amanda meets all of our extremely high standards from traceability to small batch, to carbon neutral straight through sustainable !

This natural salt is not only a healthy alternative to the iodized salts available today but far less is needed to flavor food as this is a pure and unprocessed product ! A little goes a long way.
